This 1 bedroomed apartment is  superbly located within the resort of Riviera Del Sol  5 minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants of the resort. The apartment is connected to the prestigious Aztec Country Club.  The club offers facilities such as Swimming Pool, tennis courts, gym, hairdressers, crazy golf plus restaurant and bars.  There is entertainment most evenings in the restaurant which has a very good reputation for its Italian cuisine.  Occupants are entitled to free use of the pool, as well as enjoying considerable discounts on all other facilities.  The property would ideally suit families or couples and also golf enthusiasts, with numerous golf courses in the area.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is well equipped with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and access to a large patio. Travel cots can also be provided at a small cost. There is a fully fitted kitchen with Washing Machine, Oven and Hob, Fridge Freezer and Microwave, also kettle/toaster/iron and ironing board.

The lounge is equipped with a double settee/sofa bed and a 2 seater settee.  There is a dining table and chairs plus TV with satellite/freeview. This also has access to the patio which is equipped with a table and chairs and loungers.

Apartment Location

Outside Riviera, the apartment is about 10-15 minutes drive from Fuengirola and Marbella and the prestigious marina of Puerto Banus. It is also conveniently located to the superb beaches of La Cala and Cabopino and the marina with many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. There is a taxi rank about five minute walk away and there is a regular bus service.

There are several small stores, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the apartment. The shops are opposite a very peaceful park and gardens where you can sit and watch the kids play.  There is also a new supermarket and shopping centre The Riviera Plaza. The supermarket (Opencor) is open from 8am to 2am (yes that’s right, 18 hours per day) but for people arriving late at night it’s a bonus.
