Q. How much notice do you require for your services, for example, cleaning of apartments and or laundry services?
A. The best way to operate with the arrival of clients is to let us know as soon as the booking is made so we can add your property to our schedule and avoid any disappointments.
Q. Do you supply the sheets, pillowcases, tea towels etc that are cleaned and replaced or does the owner?
A. All our customers use their own linen etc as they prefer this and feel it is much more personal to them. We always wash and hand press all the linen and return it on the next arrival.
Q. How do your clients pay for your services and when?
A. Our customers pay in a way that suits them. Some pay us every month when they are over in Spain, others pay direct to our Spanish bank account. We discuss this with each customer and always come to an amicable agreement. We normally send a bill at the end of every month but only for the services that the client has received in that particular month.
Q. Could you explain the key holding services?
A. Most of our customers send or give the keys to the next people coming out but we do have other methods. We offer a collection to and from the airport so we can take them direct to their apartment/villa with the keys, or if they hire a car from the airport, can arrange an easy meeting point to hand over keys or some of our properties have a key safe outside their house. Again we give the client the choice. The price of the meeting, airport collection and key safes would be discussed when we know where the property is located.
