This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a 3 level apartment block on the beautiful Miraflores complex, Mijas Costa and sleeps 4 people. (No lift). Each bedroom sleeps 2 people (1 double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room). The master bedroom overlooks the pool and gardens.
It has an open plan large lounge with satellite TV with English channels, dining table and chairs for 4 and fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and oven. The lounge has patio doors leading onto the large balcony with lovely views of the pool and garden, with partial sea view. There is an iron and ironing board, free standing fans and radiators and washing machine in the bathroom. Allocated parking for one vehicle and 24hr security patrol around the complex. There is a communal pool with sun shades, children’s pool and pool side bar. Sun loungers are available around the pool . Sorry, no pets allowed.
There is a supermarket and restaurants on the complex as well as the famous Miraflores club house which has an a la carte restaurant, heated pool and evening entertainment. The complex also has tennis courts and lawn bowls and of course its own golf course. The famous Max beach is only a 10 min walk as are a number of bars/restaurants and shops.
